Tomáš Chytil graduated at Prague School of Economics and studied MBA programme at Vrije Universiteit Brussels. Already at university he found excitement in marketing and most of his 20 years plus managerial career was devoted to marketing as well. .

Pilsner Urquell – Tomáš managed marketing activities of the brand in the UK. He is proud of the fact that during his term the brand awareness was significantly increased among the younger target group, specifically in style bars in bigger cities.

3M – during his 8 years engagement with this technological giant renowned for innovations, Tomáš launched many new dental products in the European market. His biggest achievement was the effective management of the wide ranging product portfolio – starting from top premium to more economy products.

Mitas – Tomáš led the marketing team here. Mitas (later acquired by Trelleborg) was the producer of agricultural and construction tires and also motorcycle and bicycle tires. In line with the company strategy Tomáš was responsible for marketing communication supporting the rebranding programme from Continental (produced under licence) to Mitas.
