Task:

Increase attractiveness of Trelleborg as an employer

Situation:

Following the acquisition of Mitas a.s. by Trelleborg, the Czech legal entity was renamed Trelleborg Wheel Systems a.s.. Trelleborg corporation is highly interested in being perceived as an attractive employer in their business field.

Solution:

In co-operation with Trelleborg’s HR vicepresident we outlined an Employer Brand strategy. We presented strategy to the company management and agreed a plan for the first 6 months. We managed the process of the actual company name change. We organised employee workshops to understand how they perceive their working environment. Consequently, a more detailed action plan was prepared. It included rebranding of the key company identification elements and organising employee events. These activities were co-ordinated by us and we participated on their execution as well.
